Depending on where you are in your fitness journey, we have a class that will suit you!

REFORMER: Beginner & Active Recovery
Level 1 - Non Heated

Name: Reformer Restore Flow

Slow the pace. Strengthen with intention. Restore through movement.

This slower-paced Pilates class combines traditional Pilates movements with music to create a balanced, restorative experience. With an emphasis on controlled movement, mindful breathing, proper alignment, and core engagement, you'll build strength while giving your body the opportunity to recover.

Through gentle, purposeful exercises, you'll improve flexibility, joint mobility, posture, balance, and muscular stability while releasing tension and encouraging better body awareness.

Perfect for active recovery days, anyone seeking a more mindful approach to movement, or beginners looking to establish a strong foundation in Pilates principles.

Less intensity. More intention. Every movement has a purpose.

Requirements: No prior Reformer experience required.

REFORMER: Dynamic Full Body Workouts
Level 2 - Lightly Heated & Non Heated Options

Name: Reformer Full Body Flow

Strengthen. Lengthen. Sculpt. Flow.

Our lightly heated classes remain at a perfect beach day, 80-85 degrees, unless otherwise specified in class description.

Reformer Full Body Flow is a dynamic, full-body Pilates workout that blends traditional and contemporary Pilates movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility. Using the Reformer’s adjustable spring resistance, this class challenges your muscles through controlled, purposeful movements that emphasize core engagement, stability, balance, and proper alignment. A variety of props, including light to medium weights, Pilates balls, resistance bands, and other accessories, adds versatility and progressive challenges to your workout.

Expect a balanced combination of strengthening, stretching, and flowing sequences designed to engage your entire body. Through resistance-based exercises, you'll build lean muscle strength and endurance, improve muscular definition, increase joint mobility, and develop greater flexibility and coordination.

With an emphasis on both larger muscle groups and smaller stabilizing muscles, this class helps support better posture, functional strength, body awareness, and more efficient movement in everyday life.

A complete, energizing workout that challenges your strength, enhances your mobility, and leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and connected to your body.

Requirements: New to reformer, we recommend a Private, Introductory , or Restore & Flow Pilates class prior to this class. This class accommodates all fitness levels and does layer in levels.

REFORMER: Jumpboard
Level 2 - Lightly Heated & Non Heated Options

Name: Cardio Core & Booty Jump

Jump. Strengthen. Sculpt. Energize.

Our lightly heated classes remain at a perfect beach day, 80-85 degrees, unless otherwise specified in class description.

A dynamic, full-body Pilates workout that combines the strength-building benefits of traditional and contemporary Reformer Pilates with energizing, low-impact cardiovascular movement.  Clients tailor their own cardio based on their needs, connected, mini jumps, or full cardio bounce.

Using the Reformer’s jumpboard and adjustable spring resistance, this class incorporates rhythmic jumping sequences performed while lying on the carriage, allowing you to elevate your heart rate while minimizing the impact on your joints compared to traditional jumping exercises.

Expect a powerful combination of cardio intervals, core strengthening, resistance training, and controlled Pilates movements designed to challenge your entire body. Jumpboard sequences target the legs, glutes, and core while improving muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness.

Traditional and contemporary Reformer exercises, along with props such as light weights, Pilates balls, and resistance bands, add variety and help strengthen the upper body, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and engage the smaller stabilizing muscles that support posture and overall stability.

This class is designed to build muscular strength and endurance, enhance cardiovascular conditioning, improve coordination and body awareness, and develop greater functional strength—all while maintaining the precision, control, and core engagement that define Pilates.

SO. MUCH. FUN! The perfect fusion of cardio and strength, delivering an energizing, full-body workout that builds endurance, sculpts muscles, and leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and invigorated.

Requirements: New to Reformer Pilates? We recommend starting with a Private Session or our Restore & Flow Pilates class to become familiar with the equipment and foundational movements.
